Mount Pisgah Baptist Church Youth and Youth Leader’s Ministry was well prepared to IMPACT the Central Arkansas Community again by having another blessed SWAG Event, on July 22nd, 2023! Many school supplies, and backpacks were donated church members and friends of the Mount!
The Pulaski County Youth Services made a great donation, in which we are very grateful. For Next’s year’s event, we will need more donations. Each year the prices increase, and we would like to be ready.
This year we had over 700 – Plus students, and parents on and around the Campus of Mount Pisgah BC. Most of the activities were centered in the Curtis A. Green Community Life Center.
Thinking back, we thank You Lord God for the successful 2023 Back2School SWAG Event in Jesus Name! Thank you Sister Trakeya Bone- Director, Sister Denise Wright, Asst-Director, the many Ministries of the Mount Pisgah BC, Pulaski County Youth Services, Broadway Joe for the announcements made on the Air, the Magician for the day, and many Vendors. Ther’s more…the Mighty Vikings Youth Recruiters, 1st Responders of Jacksonville Police and Fire Departments! We hope to have everyone back next year!

There were many hours put into the preparations. Our youth, and youth leaders was up for the task. Sis. T. Bone was this year’s Director, and we thank her for accepting the assignment!

The next Back to School event will have kids jumping for joy. We are asking for the following donation for 2024:
- Back-packs
- Note-Books
- Pens
- Pencils
- Rulers
- And any items that a school kid would need…
We plan to have more Free Activities ~
- Kids Entertainment
- Food,
