Mount Pisgah Baptist Church is excited about an amazing weekend for our children and youth through Kidz Konnection & ChosenGEN Student Ministry! We are inviting our church family, community, friends, and especially our young people from churches throughout the area to come together for a powerful time of worship, fellowship, encouragement, and Christian connection. When young people gather together in the name of Jesus Christ, they are reminded that they are not walking this Christian journey alone. “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” — Matthew 18:20
🔥 Youth Explosion — Saturday, September 26 at 3:00 PM! ChosenGEN Student Ministry is preparing an exciting afternoon of worship, fellowship, and ministry, and all students are encouraged to attend. We especially look forward to fellowshipping with the different churches and young people who will join us. Our prayer is that Jesus Christ will be lifted up, God will be glorified, and the Holy Spirit will move in the hearts and lives of our youth. As 1 Timothy 4:12 reminds them: “Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers.”
🎉 Then on Sunday, September 27, we celebrate the ONE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY of Kidz Konnection + ChosenGEN! It will be Sunday Funday and Bring-A-Friend Sunday, celebrating a year of ministry, memories, spiritual growth, relationships, and reaching the next generation. Young people, bring a friend and come ready to celebrate! Hebrews 10:24–25 reminds us to encourage one another and not forsake assembling together. There is strength in Christian fellowship!
At Mount Pisgah Baptist Church, we believe our children and youth are not simply the church of tomorrow—they are an important part of the church right now. We want them to KNOW Jesus, GROW in their faith, BELONG to a Christian community, and discover that God has a purpose for their lives. “Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth.” — Ecclesiastes 12:1.

At Mount Pisgah Baptist Church, we believe every child has a place to grow in God’s Word — and that place is right here at our KIDZ Connection Church! We joyfully invite all children ages 5 through 18 to join us every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. for worship, fun, and faith-building. Parents are asked to sign in and sign out their children by 10:15 a.m. to ensure safety and smooth transitions.
Under the leadership of Reverend Couch, our Youth Pastor, and Reverend Brewer, his Assistant, along with our dedicated teachers and support staff, children experience the love of Christ through engaging lessons, worship, and age-appropriate activities. From Bible teaching and creative arts to songs, games, and snacks, there’s always something exciting happening in Children’s Church!
At KIDZ Connection, we make your child’s safety our top priority. Our Community Life Center is equipped with video cameras throughout the facility, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for every student. While you are worshiping and praising God in the sanctuary, your children are learning, laughing, and growing in their own space designed just for them.
As Scripture reminds us:

- “But Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.’” — Matthew 19:14
